What this site knows about you. Very little.

Four things are true of this site, and the rest of this page is the detail behind them.

• We set no cookies at all, and store nothing on your device unless you use the booking form.
• There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script.
• Anything you type into the booking form or the estimator stays in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
• The only third party that ever receives anything is Google, and only if you choose to open the booking dialog.

The booking form saves what you enter into a database inside your own browser (IndexedDB, named "viljetech") when you submit it. That includes the name and email address you type. This data is stored on your device, is readable only by this site in that browser, and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The cost estimator keeps your answers only in the open page: nothing it asks for is stored, and reloading the page discards them.

That is the only thing this site stores on your device. It is cleared whenever you clear site data for this domain in your browser settings, and because it never reaches us, we cannot retrieve, export or delete it on your behalf.

Loading any page sends your IP address and browser User-Agent to our server, as it does for every website — it is how the response finds its way back to you.

We do nothing else with it. Your address is not inspected to pick a language or anything else, it is not written down, and every visitor is served the same page.

Our server application writes no access log. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure App Service in the Sweden Central region, and Microsoft may keep platform-level operational logs as our processor under its own terms.

There is no contact form on this site that sends anything to a server. The site makes no network requests to any other host.

This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for preferences, not for security. There is nothing to consent to and therefore no cookie banner.

Nor does it store anything else on your device — no local storage, no hidden identifier. The one exception is the booking form in section 3, and that only once you submit it.

If you open the booking dialog, Google may set its own cookies inside it, depending on your browser. See the next section.

The booking links open Google's appointment scheduler in a dialog on the page. Until you open it, nothing is loaded from Google and Google learns nothing about your visit.

Once open, the scheduler is Google's own page running inside ours. Google receives your IP address, browser information and whatever you enter into it, and may set its own cookies, depending on your browser's settings. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, not this one.

A booking you complete there arrives in our calendar, which is where we then hold your name, email address and any message you added.

The address and phone number on this site are ordinary links: using them opens your own mail client or dialler, and nothing is sent through the website.

If you do get in touch, we keep your message and contact details so we can answer and, where it leads to work, administer the engagement.

Serving the site, including the language lookup, rests on our legitimate interest in operating a working website in the visitor's language (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Handling an enquiry or a booking rests on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once an engagement begins, on the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We ask for no consent because we do nothing that requires it.

Data in your browser stays until you clear it. We have no access to it and no ability to expire it.

Correspondence and booking records are kept while there is a live enquiry or engagement, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and other statutory obligations under Swedish law.

Under the GDPR you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
• correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if it is partial;
• erase it, where we have no continuing reason or obligation to keep it;
• restrict or object to how we use it, including anything based on legitimate interest;
• provide it in a portable, machine-readable form.

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not keep one.
